The learning agility test measures the ability to handle and learn from new experiences flexibly and quickly, testing new behaviors, gathering feedback and reflecting on previous attempts. It is widely used for the selection and development of leaders.
Mindsight's rationality test measures the individual's fluid intelligence and is based on the Cattell-Horn- Carroll (CHC) methodology on human intelligence. It is the most challenging test we offer and has a high level of reliability and validity. This test measures the individual's cognitive ability, essential for problem solving and information processing.
The social test is a Situational Judgment Test (SJT) of interpersonal skills. The SJT is the best alternative psychometric test to measure social intelligence without the need for a face-to-face evaluator.

The motivational test is a Conditional Reasoning Test, which measures the construction of relative motivation strength. The test questions identify the mechanisms of explanation that the subject attributes to certain situations. In this way, it is possible to measure the attribute of drive to achieve, that is, the energy and determination to achieve objectives.

Cultural Fit: The organizational culture fit test measures values and beliefs related to the work environment, in order of priorities. A cultural mapping is constructed based on the company's reference persons, and then, during the selection process, to identify the adherence of each candidate in a comparative way. The test is an adapted version of the Organizational Cultural Profile Test (O'Reilly, Chatman, and Caldwell (1991), translated and validated in Brazil.
This test is based on the Big Five theory and measures 16 different personality attributes that can vary from 0 to 100. At the end of the mapping, each person tested reveals a unique combination of characteristics, with different intensities.

The interest test was built with a focus on operational positions and is based on Holland's hexagon theory, a researcher who conceived the method. Through simple questions it is possible to identify the individual's interests, which can be conventional, realistic, investigative, artistic, social and entrepreneurial.


It is a simplified version of the Fluid Rationality test, adapted for operational positions. The test is quick and the result is “pass” or “fail”, as the goal is to identify, using a cutting rule, the basic cognitive skill for problem solving.
